About shipping charges:

Shipping charges include all the costs of having your order filled by our shipping warehouse:

• a flat per-order charge for handling the order
• a flat per-item charge for picking and packing the order
• the cost of a shipping box or envelope
• the actual cost of FedEx (or other) delivery.

It is very unlikely that anything can be shipped for less than $12 to $15, no matter how small or light the package.
