You must be satisfied. Merchandise (except
film*) can be returned, for any reason, within thirty
days of receipt, and your purchase price
will be refunded.
Before you return anything, please notify us
by e-mail.
If we made a mistake with your order, we'll
send you a FedEx pre-paid label (or equivalent) for returning the incorrect
merchandise, and we'll
replace them with the correct goods. This includes film, of course.

Be sure to include your name and contact information, and the order number
if possible.
*Film cannot be returned, because we have no way of verifying how it was
handled and stored while out of our possession. Because we cannot know its
condition, we cannot put it back into stock and sell it to someone else. We
do
accept
returns of film if we shipped it by mistake.
